EARLY YEARS
AZODi studied contemporary songwriting at the BIMM in 2005, where he formed pop punk band MiMi Soya in 2006, and was the band’s songwriter and guitarist. MiMi Soya performed at Wembley Stadium for a crowd of 30,000 for the Nike Human Race, following acts such as Moby and Pendulum. In 2009, they completed a sell-out tour with US bands Cobra Starship, Sing It Loud and Cash Cash.

THE COMPOSER
After leaving MiMi Soya in 2011, AZODi went on to hone his production skills and write songs for international TV shows such as America’s Next Top Model and for BBC China Season. He scored for various horror movies, including Ibiza Undead, which had physical releases in Europe, Japan, Korea and the US.

K-POP & CONTENT
AZODi continued building on his skills with a focus on K-Pop production. In 2018, he signed his first publishing deal in Asia, and later signed with Melogram/Universal, owned by K-Pop songwriting veteran, Daniel Kim. The success of his YouTube channel and online content led him to building a dedicated following online, a 14-page spread in K-Pop Superstars Magazine and to work with brands such as Cubase and Skillshare, teaching others how to write K-Pop music.
His unique experience and style of K-Pop production mixed with Pop and Rock have helped him carve a name out for himself as a go-to figure for this genre and style
